how to insert image into forum post if you are not registered member?

I have forums and I want people who visit my page can post and insert image into my forum without registered the member
how can I do that?  
I look at the forum it has to be registered only so you can post with image.

Be careful with your terms. "Anyone", " Registered" and "Member" each have a precise meaning within Nabble.

By default those in the Anyone group can post and will be able to include images in their post. Indeed, it would require complex editing of the NAML code to prevent a user from including an image if they have permission to "Create_topic" or "Reply".
