bayes Net

hi,
I am a beginner.
I work with open source Weka (java code) to make changes in the probability of Bayes net then make inference.
I have a Bayes net (the structure with parameters). I am looking for how I can code (with java) these points:
1) I change a probability for a given variable
2) then I go to the inference

but I do not know the functions for these functions.

please help me.
