Subforums appear to have vanished?

I am the creator / administrator for this forum. There are two subforums there, one of which should be visible and open to all, the other which should be private. Both forums used to show from the main page (URL above) but as of today do not.

These forums are still accessible by cached links on my browser or if I go via Options -> Structure -> Manage Subforums. Here they are:

The other members of the forum report the same issue. They can only navigate via links in emails of old posts and cannot see the subforums. Logout / login and clearing browser cache has no effect.

What has happened? And would someone be able to correct this please?
