Please fix the embedding code of your Nabble application-HELP

how do you get the old code out to put the new code in? The instructions "All you have to do is go to your application, click on "Options > Embedding options" and you will see a text area with a code snippet.

Copy and paste that snippet into your HTML web page. Now open the page and you will see that your forum loads up seamlessly. No installation, no HTML hassle, just copy and paste."  Yeah that would be great if I could get the old code out

I am not sure I understand what you want to do. Do you have an embedded app that still uses the old javascript code from Nabble? If yes, just search for "nabble" in the HTML of your page and you should find the old code. Replace it with the new code and you are done. You may post a link to your web page and I will take a look.

I'm not having a problem finding the old code I just cant delete it, backspace over it or copy and paste over the top of it

You have to change the HTML of that page. Who created that page (where the embedded app is located)?

I understand I need to change that code. I created it. I cant get the old code out to put the new code in. Thats still the question how do I get the old code out.

If you created it, I suppose you have the html file somewhere on your computer. Just edit it and replace the new one with the one that is online, on the server.

If you created it using an online tool which publishes it automatically (some hosting providers have that) you may have to go to that tool and edit the current online page there.
