Again, sorry for being dense.  And thanks for the patience.

I set the Cname to:

And then I went to the change domain name page and set that up.  And then I got the following email, so I think we are good.

I'm not Nabble support, but have Nabble running on my Weebly website: http://www.garysgaragemahal.com/

Re: Nabble is now open-source

So, where do we go from here?  You've proven that you can get it running on your server.  Pedro got it running on my AWS server but we couldn't get the last little bit sorted out on the logon.  Can you get that resolved if I give you access to the servers?  Or might it be in the DNS and/or CNAME?

I appreciate what Franklin/Nabble have done, but I'm obviously open to running my own - if I knew what I was doing or had someone helping that did.

Would loading one of my backups on your server in place of this Test Forum prove things since it would have everyone's IDs and passwords so they could log on there and prove that it remembers them?

Thoughts?  Guidance?

Pedro moved and started a new job so hasn't had time to work on it.  We have loaded an older version of Nabble before some changes that caused problems and I've uploaded backups.  We had a security certificate, but I let that lapse.  And we have email set up.  But that's where it all stopped.  Without Pedro I'm lost.

When Franklin changed the Anyone and Registered groups in 18cf4872fd7f it caused problems so we went for the version just prior to that, and got it here: https://hg.luan.ws/nabble.
