Making certain users able to see certain posts

I saw on another nabble forum that they were able to make one group able to see certain posts, and another group could only post on different ones. How can I do this?

A combination of the controls at:

Options > Users > Manage Users & Groups
and
Options > Users > Change permissions

But it dosn't let me make certain groups see certain topics

You need to put the "certain topics" in a specific sub-forum to which you grant the required users access.
