Yes!
If your application is embedded, then visit the sub-category, click the PERMALINK link towards the top right of the page and copy the url from the dialogue that appears. Then paste that into the Link dialogue while making your post.
If your forum is not embedded, you can copy the URL direct from the address bar of your browser and paste that into the link dialogue while you edit your post.
