How do I regain control of a forum after a volunteer leaves.

The lady who started our forum has left our group and hasn't returned our requests for login and passwords.

Right now we can't manage our posts.

Is there anyway to either close the forum or add admin personel?

In lieu of those possibilities how can I send her an email with a link approving me as an admin?

Since she is in control of the forum and it is still using our LLC business name, would that be a copyright infringement?

Nabble have been known to replace the admin on a forum, if it can be demonstrated that the owner is no longer involved, does not respond and that the proposed replacement has had a significant and active past in the group. However, they are not likely to intervene if ownership of the forum is in dispute.

I do not believe such a feature is available. The owner has to login and make the changes while visiting the forum.

That's one for the lawyers, but if she is actively representing herself (or trading) as part of an organisation that you own then it sounds as if there's a prima facie case.

Thank you Greg. Apparently one of our group found a way to delete all the posts, and your great service thankfully sent me a copy of all my old posts on the forum. We'll just start over. Thanks again.

It's title is the name of our LLC. http://www.ourhaven.info.

For now we have removed the old posts but the main page is still there. We have the old files you sent us though.
