HELP! my forum is gone

I have a blog and I embedded my forum code on one of the pages, but deleted the page and now the forum is gone. When I click onto the forum link http://space-to-think-time-to-think-room-to-grow.1046022.n5.nabble.com/ It brings me to the deleted webpage :( Is there any way I can get my old forum back :(

Whenever I click onto the link to get to  my forum I am being redirected to the webpage where I had the forum embedded. But this page is now deleted  :( please, is there a way to get my forum back? :(

Do you still have the embedding code? Or the permalink for your forum (root page)?
