Hello.
I'm currently running 2 forums, one of which just recently had the domain name changed to littleforum.littlefae.com The forum works, but occasionally I get redirected to an index page containing favicon.gif and one other image. A couple minutes later if I try it it works. However, one of my users apparently cannot get to the forum at all, and instead gets nothing but the index page. Any suggestions for help? |

Your forum works fine for me. What do you mean by "index page"?
Maybe the DNS is still propagating and - in this case - it should stabilize soon. If the problem persists, please capture a snapshot and post it here so that I can take a look. |

Thanks. That page doesn't belong to Nabble. Actually, I can't access your forum anymore -- I get the same index page. So your domain configuration is wrong. Nabble sent you an email with a link that you can use to revert this change.
For now, please change the DNS configuration of your sub-domain and make sure it resolves to 216.139.250.152. You can post a screenshot of your configuration here so that I can take a look. |

As soon as I can get that info from the owner of the site (it's a joint project), I'll be sure to let you know.
Thank you so much for the speedy replies! |

Hello :) I'm the user who cannot access littleforum.littlefae.com. I only reach the 'index page' with no possibility to log in. Some time ago another user advised me to copy and paste the link, and the method worked that one time. It was then I registered. Since that time I've been desperately trying to use different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, IE, Opera) and different computers. Nothing seems to work for me. If the problem cannot be solved, maybe there is a way to circumvent it somehow? I really want to be able to follow the events on the forum, and as it is now I'm completely cut off 24/7.

Unfortunately yes. I try accessing several times a day, and on my computer I always get to the 'Index of' page. However, yesterday I managed to access once from my boyfriend's computer. But when I tried to do it again today in the morning, I got to the 'Index of' page. I suspected it has something to do with my browser settings, but Opera, Chrome and IE with default settings don't work either.
I also asked another user to give me a link to any topic on the forum, hoping to circumvent the Index page. It went like this: http://littleforum.littlefae.com/click-my-clicky-magicstream-and-dragoncave-td788100.html#a788100. I got the message saying 'page cannot be found'. Btw, please close the other topic I started. I was not aware of this one when I created it. |

I reset the domain of that forum so that users can visit it again:
http://little-fae.709741.n3.nabble.com/ Please talk to the forum owner about this because there is something wrong with the domain configuration. Maybe he/she could paste a snapshot of the configuration here so that I can take a look. |
