Can unregistered users post/start a topic in Nabble?

I setup a page in our club's website that uses Nabble.  Apparently some members have been able to post comments and/or start a topic w/o registering in Nabble.   Is this correct or have I done something wrong in adding this to my website?

What you describe is the default behaviour of any Nabble forum. See my post at:
