Can I pay to remove ads via PayPal?

I have been using Nabble for five years. A great service. I want to remove ads from one forum. I am invited to pay via credit card. But elsewhere I see that PayPal is acceptable. How do I pay to remove ads using PayPal?

There was one topic where a Nabble user was confused by the fact that he had a Mastercard issued by Paypal. It is certainly possible to pay with that, but as I explain at:

that is NOT paying using Paypal.
