user automatic logout?

Hi,

We have an administrator that is able to login to the forum, but sporadically gets logged out when she clicks to another page. She is also unable to open any docs e attach. No one else on our forum is having this issue and her email and permissions were set up the same as our other admins. I tried deleting her from the forum and adding her again, but the same problem still occurs. Advice?
