topics per page: parent setting (100) not inherited by child (35)

Nice to see that the number of topics can be defined :)

A bug, for <http://n2.nabble.com/Chandler-Project%3A-selected-lists-f1653096.html> I have set 100. Both children inherit settings for appearance, but neither one has inherited the 100 figure; both are (greyed out) 35.
