A question re: the fix for Safari/WebKit views of embedded content

Please: will the forthcoming fix resolve both 

a) the symptoms here (Can not 'Subscribe to this topic'…)

and

b) the symptoms described in WebKit bug 20507 (does not scroll to anchor position)?

(If so,
then WebKit bug 20507 might be resolved as INVALID or WONTFIX.)
