And they are moving everything.  All posts, all pictures, everything.  The only minor issue is that the sub-forums don't come over in exactly the same order, so some small dragging & dropping is needed.  Very easy.

The monthly fee is $54 to run on their cloud service.

Sorry for late reply...  So about $648 per year, which is far from exorbitant, but for myself would still be  more than a consideration.
