Impossible to create

Hi everyone.  I've been trying to blog on Nabble for 2 days now and there's no way.  I have created a blog with you other times and there has been no problem ... I have tried anyway: forum, gallery, news, blog ... and there is no way.  You fill in all the data and it always takes you to a blank page that does absolutely nothing.  What can I do, is there a problem with the creation of new sites?  Thank you!
