Blasma currently has some rough code, basically a draft.  I don't like the idea of someone doing Blasma short-term.  It needs someone who is willing to commit to it.  And I would want to review that programmer's code to be sure that he/she is someone that I could work with.

I am old and married.  I will say that I have never in my life met a good female programmer.  That may sound sexist, but it is my experience.  I am open to the possibility that good female programmers may exist, but they are certainly very rare.
