Invitation emails rejected by recipients as spam - can I change text?

I have just sent out about 60 invitations to join the West Gallery Music Association's new Discussion Forum. Several people have queried it as to why it looks like spam, or indeed a hoax, at worst phishing. Consequently the invitation was treated as spam, and ignored. To reduce this effect, can I (or Nabble) please alter the text of the email to make it look as if it comes from the Association, or at least me by name? I have set out the text below.
The first point is that the words DISCUSSION FORUM needs to be added to the subject line - I can fix that by changing the name off the Forum.
The second point is that the email comes from
Nabble, quite clearly, and is even signed by them at the bottom. This is aligned to the name
wgma-admin at the start of the message
The third, and possibly the most important point is the word
subscribe, subscription etc, which gives the impression that money must change hands - hence phishing.
I would like it amended to the following - possible please?
