Something has changed.... AGAIN

Help - something has changed again and all my previous members who shouldn't be getting forum posts are getting them again!  I have a bunch of very angry people receiving email from my forum who have asked to be unsubscribeed.

My site is a membership site and so in addition to that, they are getting content others are paying for.

I can tell something has changed as the member search tab (a customized addition from years ago) is no longer showing.

Please... I need this remedied asap.  We made *NO CHANGES* to anything or our site
