Yesterday I was experiencing the problem frequently.  But I hadn't for several days or maybe a week or two.  And I know no way to replicate it.

However, I changed the line width in Weebly last night from 1100 pix to 100% and that may change things.  Better or worse I don't know, but will let you know if I experience it again.

And, as a reminder, the way out of the problem is to zoom your screen in or out (Cntl- or Cntl+).  You are instantly presented with the Post Message and Preview Message buttons.  Not that we don't need to solve the problem, but there is that clue.
