No. It would require creating an entire interpreter for the language and - if it is even possible - anyone who has that skill would find it just as easy to use HTML.
Besides which the need for it is extremely doubtful. Nabble already provides the ability to insert quotes (optionally with attribution) images and videos, headings, bold and italic text and links. The only feature that the example site you pointed to also used was bullted lists and that is easily produced within Nabble with a liitle CSS code added to a forum. I provide instructions at:
