Many forums use BBCode to include images and produce headings and bulleted lists. Maybe your example does. On Nabble you check the "Message is in HTML Format" box and use HTML. I have done that at:

where you will see images, different size headings and bulleted lists.

All software has pros and cons. Nabble's great advantage is that it can be embedded seamlessly in another site. If you don't need that feature then other software may be better for your purpose.
