404 Error on User Profile

I had a new user register this morning and when with I or my other admin click on the link provided in the email we get a 404 error. I was able to go in, find his registration info, and make him a member another way, but something is wrong.

As a clue, remember this is an embedded forum. The page it is embedded in loads quickly, but the Nabble bit thinks about it for a while before I get the 404. And, so far all else appears to be working - just access from the emailed link.
