Error Message From Google Search Console

During the night I got a message from Google Search Console, as shown at the bottom of this message, that says my page at http://forum.garysgaragemahal.com/template/NamlServlet.jtp?macro=reply& has had an error on it since June 26th.

Obviously that isn't one of my web pages, and I've not changed any pages since the 26th, so I plugged that URL into my browser and got  the following, which says to contact you.  Help!
