I did wonder if the bug was related to some of my customisations on GregHelp, but you'll find that there are two posts at:
http://sbc-forum.2368949.n4.nabble.com/The-Bulletin-f72.html
with the Subject line "Bulletin - 27 May 2018".

The one posted on the forum at 9:37pm arrived at my subscriber address whereas the one posted via email at 9:33pm did not.
