BUG: Email posts not arriving via Subscription

None of the posts with the subject line:

EMail Post With Attachment

arrived via my subscription at the root level, although the one posted directly on the forum did.

Can you investigate why that might be. These were test posts to see if it would work on another forum of mine. I even tried adding a subscription at the same level and it still didn't work.
