Maybe I am not understanding what is going on, but it seems that anyone who registers can immediately send out Nabble e-mail. Maybe, as Administrator, I am the only one receiving them-- if so, no worry. However they may be going to other registrants or subscribers to the Forum. These are not registrants with "Member" privileges so they cannot post. Yet they seem to be able to send Nabble e-mail. Correct?
