Can anyone create topics for me?

Hi all

I'm new to Nabble & just had someone put a basic forum on my football blog - http://tottenhamhotspur.blogspot.co.uk/p/forum.html

Reading through Support I came across this forum created by Franklin -  http://nyskiblog.com/forums/

I was searching for how to add topics like he has marked with folders for anyone to post under.

I'm not technically minded at all so is there anyone there who could do this for me and how much would it cost.
