Simplifying the Support Forum

I want to simplify the structure of this support forum.  I just want one flat forum with all threads.  We have just one paying customer right now, so premium support isn't justified.  I recognize that GregChapman is very helpful here, so in a flat forum, I would answer his questions first, everyone else's questions after.

Does anyone have any comments before I do this?
