How do I cancel my monthly fee?

Hello,
I've been having so many problems with my forum that I want to cancel my $3.95 per month fee to hide the ads.  At this point, my forum is not working correctly embedded in Wix.  Dates are no longer shown and 404 errors are constant.  In fact, I just emailed Nabble for a list of my "aps" and they sent me my "link" which was also a 404 error.  Please click on it. http://the-connie-francis-fan-forum.1093637.n5.nabble.com/

Can someone please tell me how to cancel this fee?  I am going to have to move my forum.
