Guacamole 0.9.9 Keyboard Caps Lock issue

Hi Guacamole,

Seems there is a bug in Guacamole, I have configured Guacamole on Oracle Linux 6.8 and I see there is a bug in Keyboard Caps Lock.

Upper case is not working, kindly help fix the issue.
