Please enable "Invite Subscribers"

Hi,

I'd like to enable the "invite subscribers" option for my forum Lemko Ancestry & DNA: http://lemko-ancestry-and-dna.2369390.n4.nabble.com/

We have a group of almost 400 members of a Facebook group, and we have setup a sister forum here.  I'd like to be able to invite members directly.
