I'm not aware of any plans to change things.

I've just stared over my wife's shoulder while she tapped on a web link within facebook on her Android tablet. The menu there offers an option "Open in Chrome". So it seems your users may only be one click away from being able to switch to a normal browser where they can register.

For the moment it seems you just need to add that advice to your Facebook posts when adding a link where a captcha may be required.
