Permission For Forum Android App

Hi,
I Created My Forum at Nabble: http://cheat-codex.87983.x6.nabble.com/
And i also created Android App for my forum.
But Google Play had suspended my app.
They want me to get permission from nabble.com to create android app for my forum & they also want me to prove that i am the owner of the forum.

They want a distribution agreement, authorization contract, or forum domain ownership (PDF file) from nabble from nabbe.

How can i get this?
