I need help with a few things

1. How can i make admins NOT BE ABLE to change my ANYTHING (password, name, etc) or other peoples
2. Make them not be able to ban me
3. only be able to temp ban people (24 hours)
4. Give a group the default administrator abilities
5. delete premade and/or custom groups
6. my filter group only shows Owner (i have one other custom group) how do i make it show all groups?
