RSS Error

Hello sir, Sir I had embed a forum on my blog. But when I try to create a forum rss widget for my blog its getting error. It was said the rss link was not the rss link but a web page. Hope can give me some advise how to find the right rss link for my forum. The rss link that I found when click rss button on my forum is http://myonline2u-forum.1129917.n5.nabble.com/MyOnline2u-Forum-ft1.xml Thanks..
