Changing the NAML macro for the '[show rest of quote]' part shouldn't be a problem but I just can't find the correct macro. I tried the macro search using '*quote*' but that didn't help. Any advice?

Ahh! Of course I found the correct part ( js_topic_and_post_functions ) just after posting...
