There is no way. Once registered a user will forever be registered. Without such a feature it becomes impossible to ban a user and prevent such a user using the same id again.

Besides, having a second user of your own is always recommended. As Administrator, you have many extra features that, Unregistered, Registered, Members, etc won't see. With a second user ID you have a way of checking how other users see your forum, particularly when you add private areas or only allow members to post in certain areas. while registered users can post in others.
