Can't get on my website

I had the DNS set up through a website, and the host shut down my account before I could turn off the DNS routing for my nabble forum. I downloaded a backup a few days before and have the original url 'http://uosteam.28394.n7.nabble.com/'
How can I turn off the DNS if it won't let me get to the page?
