But maybe i still get something wrong...

I am subscribed to the mailing list:

(which i did) and i am also registered at the vtiger crm forum (which you mean by archive?).

I receive mails via the mailing list and also my post was forwarded via the mailing list to my email account.
Althoug if i click on "my posts" i can see that the two posts that i sent via mailing list, are still pending.
