pending posts although subscribed

Hello,

i have problems with pending posts. I know about registration to the forum and subscribing to the mailing list and did everything as recommanded. I registered for the forum  vtigercrm-developers and also subscribed to the mailing list. i get emails via the mailing list but when i log in to the forum i can see that my posts are still pending...

does someone know why??
