Lost Months off of Free Trial

I started my forum back in July and suddenly I have only 6 days left on my year trial period.

I'd also like to request that the forum be checked to see if it even needs to be classified as adult. I erred on the side of caution when I created it. Thought I read that it would be reviewed before I had to pay.
