Spam detector - asking for the THIRD time

Please can someone help?

I want to make a change to an existing post - changing a 7 to a 9 - that's all.  I get a message saying the post contains spam words - how am I meant to know what it's objecting to?  

This is the permalink.  Please help - it's making able unusable if I can't edit old posts.
