My mistake. My application is "Category" NOT "Board".

I know the "Smart Application Pages" feature only works with certain apps. I know it works with "Mixed" and "Category". It seems you have discovered that it doesn't work with "Board".

The "Refresh" and "Permalink" links are there because my app is embedded in the only page on the main site!
