Post the URL of your forum and the "Invite Subscribers" module will (usually) be installed,

However, you have no control over the type of subscription that the user signs up for. All the "invite Subscriber" module does is send out an email with a link to the subscription page. Once there the user may opt for a daily digest of all posts or just for the first post in any topic, not all posts made to the forum.
