Mailing List Subscribers

Hello,

If we invite subscribers to our mailing list, do they still need to register? Just want to know if if needs to be a two step process to ensure people get all the posts.

Can you also set up access for us to invite our mentors to the list? mentors.mentornation.ca

Also, is there some instructions for managing the users or understanding the difference between members and registered accounts, ie how they get assigned? Where does one set up approval capabilities for posts?
