active forum got schedule for deletion notice

I had a post to my forum on June 12 and it has recived 8 views since then, but on June 13 we got the Nabble forum schedule for deletion notice.

Three quick questions:
1. What is the inactive time period that causes these notices to go out?
2. Do only the administrators recieve these notices?
3. Why did I/we get the notice of deletion if we were active?
