Invite subscribers

Hi
I just created a mailing list called 'Dottorandi 2014 Palermo' . I need to invite subscribers for this list so that the post reach all the organizers inbox. The list is meant for organizing a conference this year. How do I enable replying back to the list from the the personal emails?
