Pedro,
I wanted to make sure you had seen that the problem only seems to be with users subscribed at the top level for New Topics, Instant emails.  If they're subscribed at the lower category level (New Topics, Instant emails) it seems to work fine.  This is not just a problem in my forum, but also in the Nabble Support Forum as well (so I assume a problem overall in Nabble).

This is the #1 support request item I have as it impacts my users.  I'm trying to not post on the other support questions I have open, so I don't have you going 100 different directions at the same time.  When we get this fixed, we can move on to the next highest priority item.
